All available payment methods are 100% secure and our responsibility. Our website has an SSL certificate and the transmission of payment data is encrypted.

We offer the following payment methods:

- Multibanco Reference (only in Portugal)

- Payment by check

- 40% down payment and 60% upon delivery.

Credit card
You can pay directly on our website using your Visa or Mastercard credit card. The processing is encrypted and secure.
Credit card payments are processed by Easypay - Instituição de Pagamento Ltda .


ATM
With this payment method, you can pay for your orders just like you pay your water, electricity, or phone bill. It's convenient and secure. Make the payment at an ATM or through online banking:
- Select the Payments and Other Services menu;
- Select the option Payment for Services / Purchases;
Enter the data you received: Entity, Reference, and Value.

We are automatically notified after payment. Multibanco payments are processed by Eupago - Instituição de Pagamento Lda .

Payments by check

According to current legislation (Decree-Law 316/97 of November 19th) regarding the issuance of checks without sufficient funds, PlateaHome only accepts payments by check if the following conditions are met:

The check must be mailed to our address;
The check must be accompanied by a photocopy of the checkholder's Identity Card/Citizen Card;
The check must be crossed out;
- It must be issued to the order of: Platea Mobiliário e Decoração, Lda;
- You must indicate the order number on the back.

For payments by check, PlateaHome reserves the right to only allow the collection or delivery of the item, as well as to issue the corresponding receipt, after successful collection of the aforementioned check.

40% deposit upon delivery (only for in-person sales or via email/WhatsApp)

A 40% deposit of the order value is required via bank transfer, check, or ATM. The remaining 60% is paid upon delivery of the goods. Payment is only available for orders of custom-made furniture or furniture with a production lead time.

Notice:

All payments must be made within 7 days of placing the order. After this period, the order will be cancelled.
If for any reason it is not possible to fulfill your request, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
