Payments by check
According to the legislation in force (Dec-Law 316/97 of 19 November), on the issue of checks without provision, PlateaHome only accepts payments by check provided that the following assumptions are verified: > - The check must be sent by mail to our address
- The check must be accompanied with a photocopy of the Identity Card / Citizen Card of the holder of the same
- The check must be drawn; - To be issued to the order of: Platea Mobiliário e Decoração, Lda.
- You must indicate on the back the order number.
In payments by check PlateaHome reserves the right to only allow the collection or delivery of the article, and also issue the corresponding receipt, after good collection of the referenced credit.
Cashback 30% (only presencial or e-mail/WhatsApp)
Signs of 50% of the value of the order by bank transfer, check or ATM. The remaining 70% is paid on the date of delivery of the merchandise.
Note:
- All payments must be made within 15 days after the order is placed. After this deadline, the order will be canceled.
- If for any reason it is not possible to fulfill your order, we will refund the entire amount paid.
